This is an awful place and I suggest that nobody goes there! I applied for housing assistance about 8 months ago and have been in touch with them ever since. I went there in person and another person had taken my place. I questioned them and all the lady who had recently come back from maternity leave said was, "I'm sorry, I just got back from maternity leave. We always document all contact with people on the waiting list." I asked to see my file and, of course, there were no notes, to which she replied, "just because we don't document it, doesn't mean we never called." Which they hadn't. I even had her listen to the recorded call, and the only thing she said was, "I just got back from maternity leave." Absolutely appalling customer service! Everyone should avoid this place, as well as the management who run it! Someone I know lives there now and they told me that the management have even lost their rent check! Unbelievable! If you're reading this, you should be aware that I have reported you all to the Better Business Bureau! Good luck! more ... hide ...
