It would be much more hygienic and secure to stay in a hotel instead. Sadly, I made the mistake of moving in on a Friday and had to ask to terminate my lease the following Monday. We were unable to spend even one night in the flat due to an infestation of cockroaches. I had been guaranteed that there were no bug issues, but that was a blatant lie; large and small cockroaches were everywhere. I even went to the store and bought every roach killing product they had, and when I paid the cashier, she said, "Let me guess, you just moved into Palm Terrace, right?" The manager was very helpful and immediately contacted pest control, who was already planning to spray for bed bugs. Furthermore, the walls are very thin, so you can hear every word the neighbor is saying, even when speaking in a normal tone. Additionally, all the lights in the complex that light up the walkway DON'T WORK, and the one outside my apartment was barely holding up with an extension cord (that ran up to the roof) and duct tape. THE PROBLEMS CONTINUE...The management said I could break my lease and they would reimburse me, but it would take fifteen days. Sadly, the money never came. PLEASE DON'T PUT YOURSELF IN A SITUATION LIKE THIS! more ... hide ...
