The staff is very helpful and understanding the 3 office ladies are very kind and professional the apartments are nice I had no problems while I was renting

The apartments are just that apartments I didnt live there but was thinking moving to the area so inquired Rents there is dirt cheap but increasing only due to demand the decor is straight from the 70s I wouldnt not recommend living there but the The apartments are just that apartments I didnt live there but was thinking moving to the area so inquired Rents there is dirt cheap but increasing only due to demand the decor is straight from the 70s I wouldnt not recommend living there but the area as a whole should be able to house its ppl this one of a few complexes in the area and book solid They gave me the option to be on thier wait list without a time frame No thanks Plus its too hot there and the lakes are literally drying up The entire area will be a ghost town dust bowl within 20 years Kills me going there to eventually buy a house Altho I do have to say the complex in in a nicer part of town within the desert foothills you should check it out for yourself more ... hide ...
