Theres always an issue with these apartments specially with the damn hot water IDK what the hell it is but every damn year theres no hot water running and dont even give the tenants a heads up on how long the water will be off please fix your issue
To be honest about this place All the Apts need to be remodeled inside The rent goes up bout every yearNot worth it They have roaches and water problems alot of kids other than that it is a gated and quiet place not too much drama
