I dont live at The Madison but I came there to visit a friend who lives there My favorite part was the workout facility I called down and spoke with Ashley as I didnt know if there were any restrictions due to Covid She was super helpful and schedule I dont live at The Madison but I came there to visit a friend who lives there My favorite part was the workout facility I called down and spoke with Ashley as I didnt know if there were any restrictions due to Covid She was super helpful and scheduled me in for a workout At first glance the room was super clean And the workout machine was awesome for an apartment complex The cardio machines all looked brand new and handled my weight well even though Im north of 300 lbs The bathroom and lobby were super clean I worked out in there a few times during my stay and I loved it My friend seems to love living there as well more ... hide ...

Fire alarms faulty going off at 5am 2 days in row Pool locked up

I was really hoping to adore this place, considering how well-maintained it appears to be and the glowing reviews... however, trying to contact the office seems to be unfeasible. I phoned in at least four times today, spacing out my calls. I phoned in at least four times today, spacing out my calls. I also logged on to book a tour for 12:30. Knowing how hectic property management can be, I wanted to be considerate. I arrived at about 12:20 pm and saw the leasing agent locking up the office for a tour, which was totally understandable. When she finally looked up from her phone and saw me, she said, "Hi, I'm sorry I have a tour," and proceeded to lock up, passing me by without inquiring why I was there or proposing to reschedule at a more suitable time. I was left standing in front of the office. I returned to my car and waited for 20 minutes before leaving. I hate to leave such comments, but I'm getting weary of the lack of professionalism. more ... hide ...
