Im conflicted about these apartments These are HUD housing I found myself here after becoming the sole care provider for my disabled daughter Its a good program that used to help you get section 8 Now the manager claims they DONT help with section 8 Im conflicted about these apartments These are HUD housing I found myself here after becoming the sole care provider for my disabled daughter Its a good program that used to help you get section 8 Now the manager claims they DONT help with section 8 The apartments are very spacious 2 bed 2 bath master walk in closet Nice patio Dishwasher On the other hand use the laundry room at your own risk The manager lies about everything doesnt allow you to see footage when your car is damaged Kids that are sent to throw out trash just throw it on the grounds People always fighting Many have died while i lived here Police are afraid to come alone They come 3 cars deep if they come People knock on your door like you know them then get mad when you tell em get lost If you have any complaints the manager tells you call the police or have a doctors notemore ...hide ...
Soon I will be starting a fiveth year here at the Sunrise Vista Apartments The only downside is my packages are being stolen and management only advice is to have them mailed elsewhere

Youd be better of living in the landfill. this place is infested with bedbugs and cockroaches. The management is rude to residents and have 0 intrest in anyones wellbeing.
