There is also lots of debris, like twigs, dead leaves, and small pieces of trash, that are not cleaned up. Work orders are not dealt with in a prompt manner, and will only be finished if the manager is contacted. No preventive maintenance is done. We have had four managers in three years, and upper management will not respond to complaints. Everyone here is a low-income senior, so they don't have the resources to find somewhere else to live. If anyone speaks up, they are accused of harassment and receive a five-day notice. When asked to provide evidence, the request is ignored, which I believe is illegal according to state and federal law. The residents are mostly kind, respectful, and compassionate people, but they are not treated with respect by some in management. There are other issues that cannot be listed here. more ... hide ...
