When I spoke to Aaron (an employee) about this issue, he had an excuse for why the problem was present in an empty apartment. After conversing with the staff for two days and on my move-in day, I finally had a discussion with Chantal Dunn, the apartment manager. She refused to acknowledge the state of the apartment, but when I showed her pictures, she said that a few roaches was not bad. Both Chantal and the district manager of San Martin expressed that it was fine to live in such a place. (Can you believe it?) Consequently, I asked for a refund, but both of them denied my request and attempted to offer me a new unit on the ground floor. I declined, as I did not want to reside in these apartments due to their dishonesty and insensitivity. I hereby alert all potential tenants to not believe the reviews, and to inspect the complex before signing a lease. The driveway into the complex seems like it will damage a suspension There was an extreme amount of trash on the side of the dumpsters that seem to invite an infestation of rodents etc
Way overpriced and the management doesnt do much to correct problems or fix things And my friends cars have been broken into multiple times so not a save place either

I have a pretty nice apartment , although the rent just went up, it did all over Phoenix since Covid started.The managers here are kind and willing to work things out if you have a financial problem.
