Today I came home and the apartment smelled terrible after researching I found that my refrigerator and freezer were broken all of my food spoiled I called maintenance and the man that I was talking to was so rude he talked down to me as if I was wasToday I came home and the apartment smelled terrible after researching I found that my refrigerator and freezer were broken all of my food spoiled I called maintenance and the man that I was talking to was so rude he talked down to me as if I was wasting his time with my emergency I asked to speak to a manager and even the manager was rude didnt care that this was happening I am a single mother living in a low income apartment I am barley making it so yes this is devastating to me then to be treated like I am nothing and talked to like I dont matter or my emergency with their appliance was heartbreaking and left me in tears I cant believe in the middle of summer that these people would be so dismissive I would never treat another human the way I was treated today by these men I just moved here in the middle of May if this is any indication as to how this lease is going to go I cant wait to move and I wouldnt suggest anyone else move here either especially if you are a single parent barely making it as is more ...hide ...

I was putting off writing a review until I knew if Id be getting my deposit back which Im apparently not I moved out in October of 2020 and finally received a response regarding my deposit in May 2021 after attempting to contact the office multiple tI was putting off writing a review until I knew if Id be getting my deposit back which Im apparently not I moved out in October of 2020 and finally received a response regarding my deposit in May 2021 after attempting to contact the office multiple times 700 deposit to move in We filled out the form they advised us to fill out to let them know of anything wrong with the apartment Lets just say there was not enough room on the form to write everything down but we filled everything out regardless and were charged for everything that was already wrong upon move in Keep the 700 whatever Our overall experience living here was absolute hell We had a 2 bedroom townhome in apartment 2107 and the neighbors next door were constantly screaming at each other and punching the wall adjacent to us This continued for over a year Multiple complaints and phone calls were made to the office and nothing was ever done This made working from home almost impossible and would wake our son up in the middle of the night multiple times a week Our air conditioning would leak if it ran for too long at a time so god forbid we ever attempted to use the dryer which would heat up our entire apartment to over 80 degrees because it required multiple drying cycles for each load because it was just that bad All of the tiling in the unit is completely uneven Our master bath door would only shut if you lifted it as it was being closed The apartment complex itself is always so dirty Every single dumpster is overfilled atleast once a week so have fun just dumping your garbage bags infront of the dumpsters for maintenance to pick up days later The front gates are closed when they work Only one gate card is provided per household and we were never provided a code So if you dont have a card youll need to dial the one cellphone number they allow to be tied to the gate card in order to be let in Or just waste your time and hope someone is coming out or lets you in Only one gate opens at a time so its a 5050 chance youll actually be able to pull in if someone from behind is able to open the gate The side gate is permanently closed for whatever reason so dont bank on that one either The pools are disgusting for about half the year and are only cleaned when they feel like cleaning them We had a nice view of an algae filled pool every day Overall this is the worst place Ive ever lived and do not recommend it to anybody whatsoever The cheap rent isnt worth the disgust especially when your electric bill comes out to just about 200 for simply trying to keep our apartment at 78 degrees Not to mention the consistency in rent increases once your lease is up and you go month to month Would give 0 stars if I couldmore ...hide ...
