Nobody answers the phone here EVERnUpdate since I could not reach anybody on the phone over here my mother went in person to pick up an application and inquire about the process of renting nobody was in office that day however the maintenance man assNobody answers the phone here EVERnUpdate since I could not reach anybody on the phone over here my mother went in person to pick up an application and inquire about the process of renting nobody was in office that day however the maintenance man assisted my mother gave her the application I called that following Monday to see if I could reach somebody and someone actually answered I told her my mother had picked up application for me and her first question was how did she get the application I asked what her position was and she said she was the MANAGER Not only was she unprofessional she was ghettonI feel sorry for anybody who lives there and has to deal with her Needless to say I tossed the application in the trashnmore ...hide ...

I have a pretty nice apartment , although the rent just went up, it did all over Phoenix since Covid started.The managers here are kind and willing to work things out if you have a financial problem.
