I have been living in Canal Seniorapartments since 2005. During this time, I have experienced five managers, two management companies and four maintenance men. During this time, I have experienced five managers, two management companies and four maintenance men. This year has been different; a dog barking on my bedroom wall has caused me trouble. The building is three stories high and located on two acres with over seventy residents, many of whom own dogs - some even having two! We have a large entryway with tiles that amplify the sound of the barking dogs. I have made three police reports which detail these issues but nothing has changed; the dogs bark when their owners are gone, when someone uses their cell phone or if children play in the alley. There are also three dogs in one residence down the hall belonging to a deaf woman who has taken ownership of someone else's dog who was asked to leave the building. As all this is occurring we are hearing that it is part of apartment living from a city councilman who owns it - something I do not agree with nor should you if you're considering moving here! Apartment residents should be disciplining their pets if they consider themselves important and entitled to annoying animals; beware! A class action suit being sought by Arizona's Attorney General against failure to return deposits for apartments where rugs were not replaced for eight years only adds insult to injury. more ... hide ...

I havent been there but just here and everybody else on this website that sounds like a very nice quiet peaceful place
