FYI, one of the people giving the property 5 stars is the manager (who rarely seems to be working). How tacky! The fitness room is a joke - the office is never open to use it. There were always shady things going on, cops around, drugs being dealt in public, excessive noise, people smoking weed, dogs' mess left around, and rubbish everywhere. The property manager should have refunded my fee for my background check, as it was pointless. How can anyone feel safe if the manager doesn't even know who lives there? Some tenants even rented out spare rooms to other people, leading to fights and new people moving in. The property manager was more focused on ensuring the grass was cut than anything else, and threatened with fines for not doing so. First West Properties, you need to replace your staff. Make unannounced visits and you'll see why. Without this, it will never change. It's a shame, as the buildings and location are great, but it's all going downhill due to the staff not doing their job. more ... hide ...
