Definitely not a safe environment for kids or single women A lot of strange activity and random people roaming around Police are here almost daily Mail boxes are broken into all the time which stops delivery The need to hire 24 hours security

The conduct of the apartments towards their tenants during the pandemic was terrible. They halted all services, even in the case of true emergencies. Nine months have passed since the leak was reported, and they only visited once, saying they had fixed it. However, this wasn't the case, and mold has been growing in the bathroom throughout these nine months, endangering me and my children. A lot of these apartments are income-based, so we cannot afford to get mold exposure testing to see if we were injured due to the neglect of the apartments. I am scared that we have suffered permanent damage because of the carelessness of the complex. The washer and dryers were not functional before the pandemic even began, and not being able to dry our clothes by machine, we have to resort to hand washing, which I consider an emergency. I am very disheartened by the way Mathew Jensen treats their tenants.more ...hide ...

I have lived here for couple years. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. My kids and I love living here. Maintenance does a great job when my apt has repairs, very knowledgeable.
