If your review was written for a legitimate resident with legitimate concerns, please have them call the office as we have had no complaints. Eagle Cove does monthly unit services as a preventive maintenance program. It insures the property is maintained properly as some of our residents forget to call in a work order when needed. An annual inspection is conducted by the state in order to confirm the property is being maintained. All residents are given a 48 hour notice prior to entry - no exceptions. Maintenance will only enter an apartment with a valid work order - no exceptions. Please feel free to contact the office with any complaints and I will be happy to assist you.more ...hide ...
