I did not enjoy living in this house because of the constant complaints from my downstairs neighbor. The walls are thin, and on the quietest day you can hear everything. The walls are thin, and on the quietest day you can hear everything. The carpets are very cheap, and the light beige color just tries to get you to always pay your deposit back. So, buying your own carpets would be best. The blinds are these cheap hanging plastic blinds that always break. I would recommend hanging cloth blinds instead. The door hinges are always breaking, and the cabinet hinges are always breaking too. After awhile, it becomes annoying because you have to constantly put in work orders. The manager Andrea seems nice, but she is moody, nosey, and gets too personal. My experience with maintenance was putting in work orders and finding myself sitting with weeks and months of broken things that I would just leave there. I also had two closet doors that I put in orders for, but nobody ever came to fix it. When I moved out, they were still standing outside waiting to be fixed. With that being said, I would not recommend living in this house because of the many problems.more ...hide ...
