We had already signed the lease a month before and kept driving by to check if anyone was working in the unit because it had been unoccupied for over a year with repainting and new flooring scheduled. On move-in day, we were informed that the apartment wasn't ready yet and would need an extra day, with $100 taken off our first month's rent. The next day Sarah from the office told us it was now ready so we got our keys and went in – only to find a mess! There were mice; paint on the bathtub was wet; there were old fake eyelashes in the bathroom cabinet; cigarette butts filled all windows with no screens. The maintenance staff worked hard despite being “understaffed”, but nothing changed when it came to office/owner apathy. After living here for nine months, rodents remain an issue as well as neighboring disturbances despite multiple requests for repairs. Recently our fridge broke too - after two or three days without hearing anything back from maintenance requests, all of our food (costing around $400) spoiled - when they did eventually come they said owner had been away on vacation so we should get refunded…two weeks later though they told us no refund would be given unless we could prove food wastage! This place has been nothing short of terrible - I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!more ...hide ...

HORRIBLE place to live. The management is extremely unprofessional and doesn€™t not care. My husband dropped his wallet in the parking lot and someone picked it up, TOOK ALL HIS MONEY, and returned it to the office as HORRIBLE place to live. The management is extremely unprofessional and doesn€™t not care. My husband dropped his wallet in the parking lot and someone picked it up, TOOK ALL HIS MONEY, and returned it to the office as if nothing happened. After going crazy looking for it all morning, we found out the office had it and we asked them to run the cameras. We came back a few moments later and the lady in the office was LEAVING for her lunch. When we asked when they would get back to us, she just proceeded to give us a blank stare and shrug her shoulders saying maintenance would get back to us. I€™m extremely upset and do not recommend these apartments. DO NOT LIVE HERE, YOUR NEIGHBORS WILL STEAL FROM YOU.more ...hide ...
