There is a waiting list but trust me it's worth it. Hi, let's not forget the new staff, they are EXCELLENT, the past manager was unfriendly and it was as if you were an annoyance to her and her replies were terse you had to complete the form there, which shocked me since the tenants wanted to find out if they were getting any other applicants who appeared to be there for repairs. I became nervous I don't like speaking in front of people I don't know especially concerning personal information. I left very disappointed since I had all the paperwork needed. I was not accepted. Well, well people what a difference a change of attitude makes it does not feel so tense, am very glad that the inhabitants living there have the chance to inhabit a place with excellent staff and friends. Well I felt so relaxed I forgot that I did not live there. Congrats to all. Take care. By the way I just desired a hygienic, peaceful safe to stay with people that really care and don't try to take advantage of my handicap status, and I am still searching, I seriously hope they can help me out.more ...hide ...

Went to apply there. Manager is very nice. Units are smaller than you might think with the square footage it claims to have. No dining area and living room is small.
