Having experienced various apartments, this one is undoubtedly the worst. The photos on the website are a ruse. Poorly renovated, everything broke in the first week of inhabiting the place. Roaches and mice are present. Having experienced various apartments, this one is undoubtedly the worst. The photos on the website are a ruse. Poorly renovated, everything broke in the first week of inhabiting the place. Roaches and mice are present. Hot water and air-conditioning are never functioning. There are 2-3 water shut-offs a month; when they occur, the office staff have gone home, leaving the tenants without water for hours and no help. The amenities have never been open or usable. Numerous maintenance requests were ignored. Reaching the management team is impossible, not even through email or voicemail. Lydia, an office worker, told me that they receive too many calls to respond to voicemails. I have never seen the office workers on the phone when I have visited the office. The complex is dangerous. Cars are frequently broken into, non-residents sleep near the pool overnight, and the gates are always defective. The management will likely remark that they are eager to rectify the problems, but communication is impossible. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars.more ...hide ...
A nice retirement facility, the carpeting in the hall ways had noticeable spills and was in need of cleaning. The inhabitants I saw seemed content and friendly.
