They refused to discuss with inhabitants the using of Villa Oeste HOA's communal land for their dogs to do their business. Instead of promulgating a memorandum to the locals, the on-site supervisor, Sacha Marshal, proposed calling the police for trespass without showing any solicitude for the dwellers. Additionally, their upkeep worker blows the scraps and leaves from their property onto the street, which then get blown onto Villa Oeste HOA, causing the need for extra expenses for the landscaper to clear away Northern Gardens' mess! When we mentioned it twice, Sacha said it was not against the law for them to blow their leaves and scraps onto the street and didn't give any guarantees that she would take care of the issue. Lastly, given that Northern Gardens is geared toward those over 65, I was aghast that Sacha was not wearing a mask out of respect for the citizens of Northern Gardens. I would never suggest Northern Gardens due to the total lack of consideration and apathy toward dealing with residents, personnel, and neighbors in a constructive way.more ...hide ...
