After years of experience with this place, I have the following opinions to share. These two large apt buildings are infested with bugs. These two large apt buildings are infested with bugs. First there were roaches, then the fleas arrived and now bedbugs are in several apts and in the office. The other thing I can say is the apts are poorly managed. The manager is rude and doesnt know how to properly address people. The manager and maintenance staff arent wearing masks while they are in the buildings, they interact constantly with the seniors and visitors with no personal protective face covering. The recreation coordinator is the only bright spot at this facility. * I have adjust my review to one star. This facility has no regard for its elderly residents. After months of complaining about the heater/AC unit not working, the management has failed to fix the problem. In my personal opinion, this is not somewhere that you would have loved ones living at.more ...hide ...
