If I could give them 0 stars as well I would too At first our experience with the apartments were not bad IT was a downward spiral we were in before we could get out The apartment were were in was riddled with MOLD YUP YOU READ RIGHT MOLD In our c If I could give them 0 stars as well I would too At first our experience with the apartments were not bad IT was a downward spiral we were in before we could get out The apartment were were in was riddled with MOLD YUP YOU READ RIGHT MOLD In our childrens room we didnt find out about the Mold till it was too late It rained really bad and my daughter came and told me that water was coming through the window I went to see what she was talking about and sure enough rain was coming in I opened the blinds up all the way and the seal on the window came right off The foam just fell away from the window it was awful I tried to clean it up as much as I could as fast as I could because the more the foam fell away from being soaked the more the rain fell through I told the landlord and she did nothing My husband had to try and fix the issue himself and it looks horrible but it stopped the rain from coming through butnow there is an integrity issue with the window whoever came to install the window did a horrible job condensation builds up and Mold grows around the window horribly I have to make sure I check it often to ensure it doesnt get bad around the base boards MOLD grows The maintenance person came and said to clean it with bleach and it should be fineGUESS WHAT ITS NEVER BEEN FINE MOLD COMES BACK IN THE SAME PLACE EVERY TIME NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I CLEAN IT WE HAVE 3 SPOTS IN THE BEDROOM WHERE MOLD RECURRENTLY GROWS OUR BATHROOM IN THE SAME PLACE MOLD EVER TIME WE HAD A LEAK IN OUR BATHROOM ROOF STARTED FROM TENANTS UP STAIRS TOOK THEM 4 MONTHS TO REPAIR I COULDNT TAKE IT ANYMORE I CALLED ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH ON THEM THESE APARTMENTS ARE OLD AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE TO HELP KEEP THEM UP THE MAINTENANCE PERSON PUT A HOLE IN OUR WALL AND 4 MONTHS LATER CAME TO ACTUALLY PATCH IT UP WE REGRET MOVING HERE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE AND IT ISNT A PLACE WANT TO LIVE EVER PLEASE DO YOUR HEALTH AND YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY A FAVOR DO NOT MOVE HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THE APARTMENTS ARE ROACH AND ANT INFESTED THEY HAVE SO MANY PROBLEMS DO NOT GET ME STARTED ON THE NEIGHBORS more ... hide ...

The refrigerator had to be fixed twice, but it still didn't work; the service technician said that the company was too thrifty to purchase a new one. Unfortunately, I had to move out quickly due to a military order. I had fewer than 30 days of warning, but I was sure the management would be sympathetic. However, when I went to the office to check out, no one was there, and I had to wait for two hours for them to inspect my room. It has been almost a year and I still haven't received a refund for the rent and security deposit I paid. I don't even want to call them because of their awful customer service. I do not recommend living here; I heard from the neighbours that there were cockroaches, and the staff blamed it on the tenants being untidy. more ... hide ...
