DONT MOVE HERE Better hope Avenue5 doesnt manage this place anymore When they took over Verse went downhill immediately Moved out a little over 7 months ago and finally got the chance to write this review after seeing that they changed the name of thDONT MOVE HERE Better hope Avenue5 doesnt manage this place anymore When they took over Verse went downhill immediately Moved out a little over 7 months ago and finally got the chance to write this review after seeing that they changed the name of the building Dont forget this was Verse Hollywood Changing the name doesnt change the quality of the place and history Along with the extreme price for a 1 bedroom here Moved up the street in a bigger place for 400 less SEARCH THE AREA BEFORE YOU PICK HERE On to Avenue 5Once they took over They were absolutely careless about the roaches that continue to swarm the property and my unit They made it take over a week before someone came to spray the place Verses old management came within the day The first month I moved there I noticed roaches and they took care of it ASAP and the only next issue was over a year later with Avenue5 They also got rid of an incredible maintenance team and the janitorial staff was incredible too When avenue took over our mailroom package started to get robbed so they locked it and the only way you can get in was after asking for a key during office hours So you couldnt even get to the package room on your own time The office staff didnt even know what they were doing They were absolutely clueless They lost my lease and sent over a random 3 month least that I never signed because there was never even an option for 3 months So I had to dig back through emails time and time again to fix their issues The only good amenity here is the hot tub They dont even have a vending machine for anything The gym is insanely small also This place has so much work to do if they still charge the price they did IF AVENUE 5 IS THE MANAGEMENT DONT WORK HERE If its new management give it a shot if you darebut the price isnt worth itmore ...hide ...
Really really love this place The new management is great and have been really responsive and attentive Maintenance usually comes within 24 hours and the people who live here seem great Def would recommend

After seeing your response to this review I actually sent an email expressing my concerns Unfortunately I have not received a reply to my email This place feels less and less like home by the day Definitely not a safe or reliable building
