On Saturday (5/22) I had made several maintenance requests and Richard promptly came on Sunday (5/23) and completed almost all of them. One request was for a new fridge light bulb as I thought it had just died. However, it turned out that the outlets were out and the fridge was entirely off! Richard did his best to ensure that the food in the fridge would not spoil. Unfortunately, the task proved to be more difficult than initially thought and it was close to the end of his shift by the time we realized the outlets were the problem. We plugged the fridge into a different outlet and Richard informed us that he would be back first thing Monday (5/24). In about 15-20 minutes, the issue was resolved. Richard's willingness to come on Sunday and his communication through the process was highly impressive. He went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. I am very thankful for his service and appreciate all his hard work!more ...hide ...

Giving a special shout out to my girl Maria and Elaine. Every time I had a query, they answered it. Be it a telephone call, email, or something else, they always responded quickly. Maria deserves a bonus for the effort she puts in to making sure tenants are content. Elaine is so kind and understanding, willing to go the extra mile to accommodate whatever is required. These two ladies made my stay at Granada Villas a great one. Last but not least, the manager is lovely and gorgeous, but you don't need to talk to her much since Maria and Elaine are on top of everything. So, Melissa, thank you! As for the man who drives the Blue Challenger, he works hard and always waves or greets you. He should get a salary increase too! If it was my business, I'd take all of them with me in a heartbeat! The owner should really think about giving them a raise, they have genuinely earned it and worked hard for it. Good staff members are hard to find these days. To conclude, Blue Challenger dude, Melissa, Elaine, and Maria, I adore you all! Many thanks for everything. May God bless you.more ...hide ...
Maintenance response times are incredible in both punctuality and performance Richard in particular has provided tireless support to help in my everyday needs

I have lived at Village pointe apartments for approximately 18 to 20 years They keep up the ground very nicely and with an onsite maintenance staff they take care of maintenance needs fairly quickly

Along with entitled people who feel the building belong to them alone. I got my car stolen from this place right in front of the front exit and they have no camaras. My husband, child and i got aggregated by few neighbors there downs stairs and upstairs on apartment 55 and below along with a man who lives on apartment 99 with his wife and kids who physically aggregated us out side all of them just stand out side watching who to mess with and we left our lease before time because of the nightmare this place is. We wrote a letter to the manager rosa and left this dangerous place. Now i think i should sue this place for the nighmare we lived here but i also want to make people aware of the rats nest they might end up with.more ...hide ...
