I hate this place

Living here was just not it for me Our apartment for 4 months had a roach problem The leasing staff was nice enough to continuously try to control it but once management changed then the help was gone I gave up trying and just lived uncomfortable un Living here was just not it for me Our apartment for 4 months had a roach problem The leasing staff was nice enough to continuously try to control it but once management changed then the help was gone I gave up trying and just lived uncomfortable until my lease was up The staff was nice but at times passive aggressive The nicest staff was honestly maintenance they always were fast and immediately responded to any issue I was having in my apartment The walls are very thin so everything my neighbors were saying and doing I could hear super easily on top of that my car neighbor got his vehicle stolen and the theft even tried taking my car when I was out of town I understand its not the apartments fault but we needed tighter security in the garage more ... hide ...

Let me first start off by saying the staff is lovely at Academy Village this review is in no way directed at them I have a genuine question for the owners of this property How many times in a calendar year does an elevator need to break for you to re Let me first start off by saying the staff is lovely at Academy Village this review is in no way directed at them I have a genuine question for the owners of this property How many times in a calendar year does an elevator need to break for you to realize you need to fix or replace the elevator Ive lived here about 16 months and in that time the elevator next to my unit has been down a minimum of 25 times at some points being a literal weekly occurrence This is a generous estimate I really find it hard to believe the property owners will not replace the elevator for the residents in an apartment building this big and this expensivennevery time the elevator goes out I will update below noting how many times its gone out JUST since I left this review not to mention the 25 times in a yearn3 more ... hide ...
