We lived at the Jamestown apartments about nine years agoThey seemed to have a big turnaround with management and depending on who it was in charge the place was run pretty wellThey replaced the old washers and dryersWhen my hot water heater went out We lived at the Jamestown apartments about nine years agoThey seemed to have a big turnaround with management and depending on who it was in charge the place was run pretty wellThey replaced the old washers and dryersWhen my hot water heater went out it leaked all over my carpet and the pad and they replaced both obeying the right to fair housing laws which were posted by the way The only problem was the noise and the choice of tennents they allowed inToo bad a more extensive background check wasnt availableOnce those tennents settled in i do believe that management was intimidated by their threatsThe housing and landscaping is beautifulI see they put a playground in the front for the childrenI would recommend this as a nice place to live more ... hide ...
