The complex is situated in the foothills of Orange County so it is amazing views all around The staff is unlike any other complex I have lived in They are all very kind and go above and beyond on a regular basis There rent is affordable given compara The complex is situated in the foothills of Orange County so it is amazing views all around The staff is unlike any other complex I have lived in They are all very kind and go above and beyond on a regular basis There rent is affordable given comparable floor plans and square footage Everyone who lives there seems happy it is a very neighborly area in general Theres actually parking I never struggled to find parkingfinally The buildings are old so the ACheater vents arent that great the shower pipes needed repairs a few times and the cabinets are a challenge to work with because they arent space optimized and its hinges are weak Maintenance was always quick to repair everything which is another plus and we were surprised to learn the buildings were old because they certainly dont look it We were sad to leave the views alone are worth staying forever but the staff definitely made it home more ... hide ...
