They need more parking The Tennants dont even have their own parking spotsand handicapped or not may have to hike in from 200 feet away from their apartment

My mother in law lives here and it is very clean and peaceful. Her apartment is a spacious one bedroom and she loves living in her own place . These apartments have a long waiting list and are based on a monthly income .
