One of the worst apartments in Irvine Cole one of the managers was useless and unwilling to help solve an issue over a parking space Cole does not deserve to have a position as a manager because he is not able to perform the duties of a manager
I have family members that live at the complex and have visited many times Although the grounds are kept clean and take care of the trees and the buildings the apartments themselves are in very poor condition Old kitchen cabinets old carpets outdatedI have family members that live at the complex and have visited many times Although the grounds are kept clean and take care of the trees and the buildings the apartments themselves are in very poor condition Old kitchen cabinets old carpets outdated showers Overall the condition on the inside is horrible and when you ask for repairs appliance replacements carpet replacements etc you are only telling people in the offices who dont really care and will not pass the complaints and concerns to upper management There is hardly ever any walk throughs to see the condition of the apartments Its sad and its a rip offnI wish management would actually read these comments and make some significant changesnI actually wanted to add that there are mice ants roaches etc that are a constant nuisance There are holes in the plumbing areas as well as in the kitchen cabinets that I believe are the source of the insect problems There needs to be a comprehensive evaluation of the living conditions and areas of concernsmore ...hide ...

Last year, I got a call for an apartment and completed the application, including payment of all necessary fees. Upon completion, I was informed that I did not qualify and no reimbursement was given, except for the deposit. When I was recently offered another apartment, I asked if my income would once again disqualify me. Cole's response was that they could not give me that information as it would encourage people to change their paperwork to qualify. How can this be allowed? Why should I have to pay an "Application fee" if I am just going to be declined? It's not like any other business that requires you to pay money to try something out, but if it doesn't fit, they keep the money and you have to pay again for another item. I have had a horrible experience and it's a far cry from "Fair Housing".more ...hide ...

Furthermore there is a very large mirror on the wall. Thanks to the large mirror, the fitness room does not look cramped but it rather looks spacious.The laundry room is very large and clean, but some washing machines are out of order so you have to check if there are any error message on the washing machines. Washing and drying machines are so powerful so I am satisfied with the washing and drying results.A very long bike trail is next to Windwood Knoll Apartment Homes so if you like riding bikes, then this is the perfect place to live at. If you stand near the bike trail for 10 minutes, then you are able to see almost 5 bikes which means two minute per one new bike rider passing by. In the beginning of the evening the bike trail is a good place to take a walk because the light on the road is on as well as California Sun is beginning to set.You will meet Harvard Avenue within 5-minute walk, there are walkways along Harvard Avenue. In the evening after 7:00 the railway signal twinkles like party lights when trains approach and pass by. The walkways of Harvard Avenue are wide enough for two couples take a walk side by side.Windwood Knoll Apartment Homes is full of warm-hearted neighbors. In the morning Mr. Bryan Gonzalez visited my home and replaced the air filter to new one. The color of the old air filter was kind of yellow. After Mr. Bryan Gonzalez replaced the air filter, he double checked if the air conditioner was working well with the new replaced air filter as well as checked fire alarms every room. I appreciate the regular maintenance visits.I requested the maintenance service to replace the organizer of the dishwasher, the broken vertical window blind slat, and problems of too much gas smell when I turn on the gas stove, and the torn rubber at the bottom of the oven. I submitted the maintenance service form on line at 8:00 am and Mr. Bryan Gonzalez replaced all of them and he said a new rubber for the oven needed to be ordered. Mr. Bryan Gonzalez finished his work at around 11:00 am. It took only 3 hours since my maintenance request online was made. I did not expect such a prompt maintenance service. I appreciate his time, kindness, diligence, and deliberate maintenance service in detail.I visited the office and requested the temporary parking permit just before the lunch time. I hurried to the office not to disturb the lunch time. Sylvia with big and beautiful smiles issued a visitor€™s parking permit. I appreciate her warm-heartedness and time. I hope Sylvia will be at the office when you happen to visit Windwood Knoll Apartment Homes. I hope Bryan will be at your home, when you request the maintenance service. I am sure you will see what the high-standard office service is like as well as what the high-standard maintenance service is like whenever you meet Sylvia and Bryan.The wind blows fast and much around the homes near the rail road. I presume homes near the rail road are standing on the middle of the wind-flow-way. My home is right next to the park and the rail way so I can overcome California Hot weather with the cool natural wind even though the air conditioner is not powerful enough.Some neighbors put their trash in front of the trash container because of physical difficulties or old age or heavy weight. I voluntarily pick up trash left in front of the trash container to make the environment as clean as possible.more ...hide ...
