I have been living in the Sunrise Apartments for five years, and in that time, the carpet has become so filthy that it is a health hazard. I have repeatedly asked the manager, Deseray, to have it cleaned or replaced, but nothing has been done. I even offered to pay for a professional cleaning myself, but she refused. The condition of the carpet is so bad that I am embarrassed to have people over to my apartment. My five-year-old son has never been able to crawl on the floor because of the filth, and I am concerned about his health.
