The manager who goes by €œNena€ tried to scam me by not accepting my 30 day notice to keep my deposit. She used my personal reference to call my father and ask him for money.She claims the owner is here father but don€™t be fooled there not related and he allows here to scam people.If you come to an agreement with here get it in writing because she will try to keep your money. She was never in the office she was always out of town in San Jose were she€™s from. She lets here children run wiled on the apartments as well as neighbors kids and she has family argument on plain view very unprofessional the police was there frequently they even know here by name. The worst part was the gun shootings, shots actually came inside my unit and almost killed me. Lots of shady things happen there I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.more ...hide ...
