Sherwood manor senior apts is no longer a senior bldg everything but Property is poorly ran and it an unkept condition There is no Gardner no professional management There are half a dozen broken down cars taking much needed parking and there a loSherwood manor senior apts is no longer a senior bldg everything but Property is poorly ran and it an unkept condition There is no Gardner no professional management There are half a dozen broken down cars taking much needed parking and there a lot of drugs and homeless people either living here without approval or sleeping in cars tents or sleeping on lawn and there are at least 8 young men living here and wondering the grounds 24 7 Several apts are flop apts for revolving foot and car traffic Suspicious activities are a constant here There has been threats and bullying toward the seniors tenants and violence in the bldg Some of the residents find the environment hostile There are large guard dogs on the property unleashed Pitbulls Some of the long time residents are suffering in silence Be careful selecting this place for your aging parents I am writing this review for my aging parent as we have witnessed all of the above We are currently seeking a new living arrangement more ...hide ...
I offered volunteer services to this facility and was met by hostility and negative reactions If potential volunteers are treated like this I have fear for the residents of the facility
