This is supposed to be a place that provides help for our community and uplifts families I am thankful for all the positives I had living there for example being able to have a roof over our heads in San Francisco since rent is so high in this city tThis is supposed to be a place that provides help for our community and uplifts families I am thankful for all the positives I had living there for example being able to have a roof over our heads in San Francisco since rent is so high in this city this place helped us live in San Francisco with a rent we could afford to pay But towards the end living in a building ran by them became a nightmare I had to move out for the sake of my personal well being and mental health and safety I lived in Good Samaritan Apartments and the manager there was a complete nightmare It got to the point that it became unsafe She had her older son attack my father in front of our front door of our apartment and her son beat up my dad while my dad was getting out the apartment When we asked for the footage of the attack they responded that the cameras were not working at that time Caritas did nothing about the attack and they even said that the police report was fake and the injuries that my dad had were also not real in their eyes This company is completely corrupt and its dangerous to live there I understand we pay less money for rent but that doesnt make us any less human My family should not have to endure the amount of harassment that we did while living there This is only one of the many continuous harassment that we continued to get from the manager at our apartment and we always report it to caritas and they never did anything to help us or save us from it They continued to side by the manager who kept terrorizing my family In fact the apartment managers manager would bully us during meetings that we had and blamed everything on us when clearly the problem was right next to her her worker I still have nightmares about this place The corruption starts from the top since they all buried everything that they did to us I wouldnt recommend living there to anyone The manager even said if we lived in Guatemala we wouldnt be alive by now And shes still working at the apartment complexmore ...hide ...
