I have lived here for almost 2 years and decided to move out this month I usually wont write long reviews but this time I think I have to so others can be aware of the possible situation you may face during move out The overall movingout experience iI have lived here for almost 2 years and decided to move out this month I usually wont write long reviews but this time I think I have to so others can be aware of the possible situation you may face during move out The overall movingout experience is VERY BADnFirst of all VERY HARD to contact any of the onsite staff Due to the COVID19 situation you cant find a staff in the leasing office so the only ways to contact them are calls or emails If they do not pick up phone calls or reply to your emails there is no way you can talk to them When the old manager DeLinda was here she replied to my emails very fast and she is very nice but then she left and nobody informed us the residents whos the new manager and who should we email if we have questionsnSecondly when I sent the moveout notice back at the end of October they said they will schedule a pre moveput inspection and someone will contact me to schedule the exact date But then nothing happened I have to call them multiple times to ask when is that inspection Finally they scheduled the pre moveout inspection just 3 days before my last day so basically it is like a final inspection And during the inspection the staff told me anyway I cant clean the apartment according to their standards and so they need to charge me a fixed amount around 300 for 1b1b for cleaning the whole apartment the carpet and repainting I was astonished because nobody told me this until 3 days before the move out If I knew this I wont try to clean the kitchen and bathroom by myself already They just do not tell you the rules if you dont ask the right questionnOn the last day of the lease I tried to contact the leasing office about the final amount I have to pay and sign final docs if any but nobody picked up my calls They seem to just move me out of their response listnI understand this year is very hard for everyone but please try to be considerate and helpful It is not that hard to try to answer the phone and reply back to residents emails on timemore ...hide ...
