I have been trying to get approved here for over 2 months Every Wednesday the temporary manager that manages at another building lies and tells me shell have an answer for me by the following Monday and then that day comes and then its Wednesday and I have been trying to get approved here for over 2 months Every Wednesday the temporary manager that manages at another building lies and tells me shell have an answer for me by the following Monday and then that day comes and then its Wednesday and then Monday again They blame everything on their compliance department Mind you I work in property management myself and compliance responds in 72 hours First I needed more check stubs then I needed to send my debit card then more updated checkstubs because theyre so damn slow then I had to get rid of subsidy now Ive been waiting for another week for a response and theyve stopped answering their phones I have to call from numbers they dont recognize only for them to tell me that theyll call me back but never do I have missed out on several housing opportunities waiting on a response for them The rent is extremely reasonable which is the only reason that I am being so determined and patient but the staff is extremely unprofessional and not efficient at all Look elsewheremore ...hide ...
