Because the service is not that good and the staff are not nice to my kids and one of my kids went to the soda machine and they spent 2 dollars on it and they did not get the soda from it

Worst landlord and property management Ive ever dealt with Never fixed anything in the house We had multiple problems with the house itself plumbing overall black mold broken appliances had to provide a fridge ourself Even with the black mold the own Worst landlord and property management Ive ever dealt with Never fixed anything in the house We had multiple problems with the house itself plumbing overall black mold broken appliances had to provide a fridge ourself Even with the black mold the owner Dave Pires seemed to never care and made us feel like we were the problem our bathrooms fan was broken and there was no ventilation Multiple bedrooms did not have a light To top it off we got evicted during covid and got a 30 day notice without reasoning and Dave Pires dropped all contact with all residents Would never recommend them The only person I can say I was happy with was Chris Gross who works for the property managment She is the only one who made our involuntary move out easy more ... hide ...
