Roaches are a major issue in these apartments - you get them whether you had them or not when you moved in. I'm not sure what's going on with the property but it's the worst it's ever been during my time here. Management does inspections regularly, yet they seem to be oblivious to the infestation problem. I have been battling these pests for two years and it appears that I'm losing the war. My upstairs neighbor recently moved and it's beyond disgusting; the health department needs to be contacted about it. You can even see roaches crawling down the outside walls of the building and I'm constantly spraying roach killer. It also takes a long time for management to clean an apartment. Maintenance is also incredibly slow, or at least they say they are; it takes forever to get anything fixed, so I end up having to do whatever I can myself. For example, I gave the office money for two new blind sets last April of 2016 and it's now May 2017 - what's the hold up there? My bathroom light fixture has been out for over a month now. Additionally, there's mold on the windows and the family bathroom from when the upstairs neighbor set off their fire sprinklers and the drywall is falling too. I'm not certain if they still screen people because the tenants they have let move in clearly don't care about the place; there's always trash everywhere, it looks dirty even in the laundry room which I've had clothes stolen from. more ... hide ...

If you can avoid living here please do sowe have NEVER had roaches before Theyre crawling through the drain pipes and coming through our front door Idk if its the neighbors that management has tried to blame it on or if its the entire complex thats i If you can avoid living here please do sowe have NEVER had roaches before Theyre crawling through the drain pipes and coming through our front door Idk if its the neighbors that management has tried to blame it on or if its the entire complex thats infested but its so unsanitary I fond myself cleaning 4x a day and now having to make sure bugs arent hiding in machines in mu kitchenold management wont do anything about it Ive requested pest control about 3x now and nothing has come of it The entire community is just disturbing You have people who sound like theyre racing their POS cars at 2am people partying really late and keep your kids up The apartment is falling apartI asked maintenance to come fix my AC 2x now and they come in open the vent and walk out Ive had 1 inspection in the 25 years Ive been herethe price may seem nice but you pay for it when you have so many important issues that are being ignored more ... hide ...
