2019-01-06T02:53:28ZI have been living here since November 1st 2018 and cant wait to leave Its infested with cockroaches and other kinds of bugs I have never seen before When we applied we applied for a three bedroom and two car parking We only got one car parking and b I have been living here since November 1st 2018 and cant wait to leave Its infested with cockroaches and other kinds of bugs I have never seen before When we applied we applied for a three bedroom and two car parking We only got one car parking and been threatened so many times about our car being towed Not to mention it got towed on our first week We had to park our second car two blocks away and walk in the rain to get to it When there was a lot of empty parking in the property We were told visitors have no parking when there is clearly parking outside that says visitors on it We pay 1780 a month and are being treated like we dont live here For the past 4 days the water heater has been going off from 10pm to 6 pm next day So we have been left with hot water for only 4 hours Save yourself the headache and stress from this place its not worth itnWe are stuck for a year more ... hide ...

2018-06-22T03:09:51ZO start We moved into this terrible property on December 2014 after 1st week we found that this apartment has fleas and cockroach all our body bited by fleas we reported it several time to the poor management Alejandra but we still have fleas and c O start We moved into this terrible property on December 2014 after 1st week we found that this apartment has fleas and cockroach all our body bited by fleas we reported it several time to the poor management Alejandra but we still have fleas and cockroach for more then 3 years We never file any complaine to heahlt department about what happned always the poor Manager said apologize I will call the pest control every time the poor management Alejandra rushing us to move for 2 bedroom because i had my second baby we refuse because my kids still small nOn November 2017 she posted a letter on my door and ask me again we have 2 bedroom apartment if you want to move I went to talk to her to make sure everything is the same just the amount of the rent and the deposit she said yes we agree to moved there on December 2017nafter Month we found again insect biting us and cockroach inside apartment we reported it to the poor Management but the we still have the insect inside the apartment no matter they send pest control for many time to spray chemicalnI made decision to move out from this terrible property I put my 30 days notice for move out on second day she called me the poor Manager Alejandra saying to you dont have right to put 30 days because your lease will be gone on December 2018 I told her why you did that to us you told us its a transfer now its new lease I spocked to their supervisor charly B said to me you signed for new lease I told him the poor Alejandra said to us its a transfer now its new lease I moved out on May 25 2018 they charged me 855 from 1st June until 19 June I was out the apartment they did not send me my security deposited it pass due also they refuse to give a copie for a new lease I never received a copie she said to me the poor Alejandra you are not anymore in the contrat since you moved out I said why you keeping charging me if I was not in the contrat you she is a lie please and please be careful from the poor Alejandra she is a lie and has double face dont trust her more ... hide ...
