The customer service is terrible! The management is like a female dog if you catch my drift. There are only 7 visitor parking spaces for the whole area. She speaks to you as if you're beneath her and like you're bothering her. It's so bad. It's obvious she hates her job. And supposedly, there's no waiting list for the managers. They tell you to check back every month to see if something is available and every time it's no. Everyone I've talked to was able to get in because they had a friend living there. So you need to know someone to get it, which is really unfair. Also, almost everyone has a nice new car, even though it's low income housing. Go figure. And if you get on the bad side of the manager, she'll find a way to get your car towed. So good luck. This place is just a joke. It's too bad because it's a decent place as long as you don't do anything wrong. The kids aren't even allowed to ride their bikes inside the complex. If someone catches you smoking, one of the snitches will run and tell. It's not worth the price. That's for sure! more ... hide ...
