The complex is VERY FORTUNATE to have Tami and her team here, providing OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL, courteous, and FAST service and communication!! Tami and Maria in the office do a great job answering inquiries and managing maintenance. The on-site on-call maintenance staff is awesome! They take care of everything and are always available for after hours emergencies. During Covid, this team has had to manage extra paperwork and processes, yet they have still managed to maintain their high level of care and professionalism, which is commendable considering their small size. The complex always looks neat and well-maintained. It is a pleasure to express this review. They all deserve recognition for going beyond the call of duty, every day!! I'd also like to applaud Tami for her expertise in understanding the low income certification process. I've dealt with others who weren't as capable. I'm thankful to know she knows what she's doing! Having a skilled, experienced, dependable, and organized Apartment Manager is PRICELESS!!! more ... hide ...

Leaving another review because the response to my prior review made me realize we also didnt even receive a move out walk through to assess any damage Then there was no attempts to contact any of the tenants on my lease regarding a payment for the da Leaving another review because the response to my prior review made me realize we also didnt even receive a move out walk through to assess any damage Then there was no attempts to contact any of the tenants on my lease regarding a payment for the damage instead it was just sent to collectionsnnSo now we all have our credit dinged and have to go through the troublesome process of disputing it all because the management didnt do their jobs or were too lazy to reach out to any of usnnIf I could give zero stars I would my whole experience while living there was poor no insulation so the heating and air was upwards of 300 a month sometimes wasps nests all over the complex inquiries for fixes in the apartment not met with haste Overall poor experience If you can help it dont lease with this complex more ... hide ...
