I'm no longer reluctant to confront the manager as it's actually a pleasant experience. To be cooperative, courteous and keep track of my water and power usage, I walk as quietly as possible on the upstairs floor. Despite this effort, my downstairs neighbor still complains that I drop things. Choosing to live on the top floor was intentional so that normal living noises associated with apartment life could be avoided; my TV is small and only treble sound is used with captions at all times. Although most of my neighbors are nice, there is one next door (418) due to past problems who has caused me to use my living room as a bedroom for two years now. Both myself and caregiver take extra care not to make any noise in the bedroom day or night. The fear of being evicted for nine years due to certain bullying residents has dissipated since January 2019; however, I stay in my apartment ninety percent of the time because I cannot trust people here will always act with integrity. Thankfully though thanks goes out from me for our new management company WINN for bringing orderliness, peacefulness, politeness and consideration into our homes! Friendly staff They provided quick replies and services Manager is very attentive The apartment is small but it is a good size for one person Clean and well maintained building
