I think I can say DONT TRUST these clowns for customer service or assistance with being a future resident I have called at least 5 times so far begging to speak with a apartment manager and all I get is there voice machine and at the end some sarcastI think I can say DONT TRUST these clowns for customer service or assistance with being a future resident I have called at least 5 times so far begging to speak with a apartment manager and all I get is there voice machine and at the end some sarcastic young girl who is the call center answer machine So if management dont call you back right away imagine what it would be like when your a resident in need of right away services My grandparents were apartment managers back in the 1960s of course I know a lot of things have changed but my grandparents were ALWAYS IN THEIR OFFICE ATTENDING TO RESIDENT NEEDS What is with people now COME ON nThis place proved it lack of service communication and definitely HUMANITYmore ...hide ...
Terrible and horrible ghetto place the stairs sound like they are about to fall I do not recommend living here especially with the ugly dogs that live in this complex
