I am so very disheartened with this community. I have been communicating with the office manager for months to locate an apartment for me when available. Since I relocated to California from another state, it required numerous emails, phone calls and a huge amount of paperwork. Recently, I was rejected for an apartment because Woodcreek Terrace was not able to authenticate my job. I work for Walgreens. Something is not right with the choice of tenants and I only want potential tenants to be alert of this prejudice. I apologize for my previous review. Thanks, Louisa, you are terrific.
I would like to withdraw my earlier review. I found out Walgreens was in charge of my employment verification. It appears the company has made some changes to the procedure. Unfortunately, neither Woodcreek Terrace nor I were told about the new system. After numerous calls to the corporate office, we eventually found someone outside of Human Resources to help us out. I wish to apologize to Woodcreek Terrace Apartments and all the staff and inhabitants. This looks like a great place to live and I still have expectations that I may one day discover a home here. My grandparents live there and its so nice and quiet and pretty especially with all the turkeys living there the people who live there are very kind and generousnI love it there and want to live there when I am older

My dad who lost his wife 5 years ago, lived at Sutter Terrace for almost 5 years and unfortunately we had to move him out today due to his failing health. My dad who lost his wife 5 years ago, lived at Sutter Terrace for almost 5 years and unfortunately we had to move him out today due to his failing health. It was absolutely heartbreaking. Not only the staff but also the residences who live at Sutter Terrace treated my dad with such loving kindness and thoughtfulness. He formed so many special friendships living there. The office manger and onsite maintenance personnel are outstanding people along with being so helpful and compassionate. The upkeep of the property grounds are really nice and clean. Its very clear they really care and watch out for their tenants. I definitely recommend this place 100% and I feel so fortunate for the time my father got to call this wonderful place home. ¤more ...hide ...
