Terrible place to stay my kids say they hate this place

I have literally lived here for two months Myself and my children and i definitely need to get out I signed my lease on April 30th I called on May 3rd about roaches I have reached out many times about the same situation so i was put on the list for t I have literally lived here for two months Myself and my children and i definitely need to get out I signed my lease on April 30th I called on May 3rd about roaches I have reached out many times about the same situation so i was put on the list for the exterminator Hes been here at least 56 times since Ive been here Im required to empty my kitchen and bathroom cabinets every two weekspacking and unpacking for him to spray and nothing happen When i emailed them last Sandra said Im never ready for treatment when the exterminator comes The real issue is that this entire complex is infested The multiple buildings are all infested It needs to be evacuated and fumigated I can NOT subject my children to this type of living My youngest is 8 months old this is unacceptable not to mention an unlivable situation which deems me eligible to break my lease per California law more ... hide ...

Very good staff Great atmosphere

Delta View Apartments is an absolutely great place to live! It is super tranquil, the maintenance and gardening staff are great, and there is a nice, spotless pool and playground for the kids. When we signed up with Sandra, she was very professional Delta View Apartments is an absolutely great place to live! It is super tranquil, the maintenance and gardening staff are great, and there is a nice, spotless pool and playground for the kids. When we signed up with Sandra, she was very professional and explained the paperwork with clarity. I have resided in two other apartment complexes that had less than satisfactory or organized office personnel. Sandra and Yessenia are always available if any requests or worries arise. To be frank, when you drive up the neighborhood looks a bit questionable from the outside, but when you enter the complex it is a completely different atmosphere. We have a baby now and I have never had a feeling of insecurity here. Our neighbors are always friendly and never obnoxious or too boisterous, unlike other places I have lived. I know some people have mentioned cockroaches, but it is all dependent on how clean you keep your home. I have not had any issues with roaches. Mosquitoes, however, are common anywhere in Antioch. If you are seeking a pleasant home with fresh appliances, wide-open windows, and a place where the police never show up, this is the place for you. more ... hide ...
