They act like I am doing them a favor by requesting them to do their job! That is if I can contact somebody. They are patronizing and anticipate me to comprehend their mess, yet refuse to make allowance for or be understanding of other people's conditions. I am aware that it is a business, but the “friendly help” ends almost immediately after you move in!! If you have to phone them multiple times just to inspect the flat, make an application, get a move-in date, fill out paperwork, or go through difficulty to contact someone after you have handed over the money, just think what it will be like once you have moved in and require maintenance or something....yes, it is that terrible!! Maintenance is friendly but overworked and under resourced, and not given the right tools to do their job correctly. All the parts are makeshift and appear shabby. I have only been here for a few months, and I have already experienced massive issues. Everything is just taking shortcuts and being economical. I would not suggest this place unless you had no other choice. I was moving from another region and needed to have a place to stay before arriving, however more ... hide ...
