A suggestion for the property owners a simple assessment of the management by the tenants would be nice we lived here for decades and know everyone who has lived here Tenants talk amongst ourselves on everything the management might consider themselvA suggestion for the property owners a simple assessment of the management by the tenants would be nice we lived here for decades and know everyone who has lived here Tenants talk amongst ourselves on everything the management might consider themselves above the tenants and act on their prejudices As they have in the past FTC will help regulate that Property owners seem nonexistent or maybe theyre fooled by the management residents are met with hostility and unwillingness to listen to help Tenants moved out because of such conflicts Tenants want respect and transparency as this is their home Simple things like courtesy and willingness to listen will alleviate much of the antagonistic tension between the two parties people who lived here for a long time know each other and talk to each other Theres a lot of information amongst the tenants If the property owners did a direct survey on the management an anonymous survey without the management they would know exactly what goes on herennOur family lived here for a long time We dont recommend this place because of the management They change their policies and enter your homes and inspect your home demand your cooperation on very short notices I dont know how many times our apartment complex property was bought and sold But our current property and management is the worst its ever been We are told to return a parking space Weve had our two parking spaces FOR DECADES and now they demand it back But we pay the same rent Theyve been trying to raise the rent too We put up with construction and the property demands while paying the same rent Dont live here unless you want to see your manager often Dont live here unless you like being told to accommodate for the management They forget that were tenants and not beggars Were never given any numbers or names of the company who actually own the property Im thinking of contacting the government the Federal Trade Commission No one seems to care about FTC anyway but Im complaining to FTCmore ...hide ...
