For the past 3 years, my mother has lived here and has been subjected to harassment from the manager, Flora. Unfortunately, the bathrooms don't have grab bars for seniors, so my mother had to get one from her doctor and then hire someone to install it. Flora has no compassion or respect for the seniors living there and those without family to speak up for them are at an even greater disadvantage. The maintenance has been an issue and staff who had been doing their jobs were fired, and now it appears to be relatives of the manager who are employed instead. I am disappointed in the situation since the location is great, but no one should have to be subjected to continual harassment. If you are considering moving to the Saratoga Senior Apartments, be aware that Flora will not hesitate to stick a late notice on your door, regardless of the reason, and you will be forced to pay a late fee, which she claims she has no control over, though she clearly does. The whole retirement buildings just look beautiful and the inside is very good looking as well Its small but hey its a retirement home after all so what could you expect
