I have lived here since April 2020 Everything was great until after I moved in I moved in without a working dishwasher I was told I would get a dishwasher when they were able to order one covid issue I was very understanding about that as I could jusI have lived here since April 2020 Everything was great until after I moved in I moved in without a working dishwasher I was told I would get a dishwasher when they were able to order one covid issue I was very understanding about that as I could just wash dishes by hand until then As a property manager myself I was ordering appliances for my residents I started wondering why I hadnt received a dishwasher If Im able to order appliances for my residents This management company should be able to order appliances too right By mid July mid august I had 2 leaks in both bathrooms a sort mold or calcium build up in my standing shower I put in a request nothing got done until I called the corporate office stated I would be reporting the issue to a higher source also I had called the office left messages as well as emailed the office with these maintenance requests multiple times The next morning I received a call from a maintenance supervisor named John I believe He stated there was actually a new dishwasher just sitting in the maintenance shop which was weird to head as I was told by the property manager they were unable to order appliances John was amazing installed the dishwasher repaired my leaks Although he did not fully clear up the calciummold issue as the bottom of my shower is stained with pink black spots it needs to be reglazed entirely or replaced it looks disgusting no matter how much scrubbing I do it does not come off I have made management awarenFast forward to December 2020nNovember 30th in the evening about 89pm my power just shut off I tried to call the 24hr emergency number given on the office voicemail no one answered So I had to go knock on the managers door She came to do the door and did not even have the common decency to talk to me face to face she spoke to me through the screen door When I told her what was going on she immediately told me to call PGE did not even bother to try to figure out the issue first So I did what she said called PGEnPGE came out to check the main breaker box on the outside of the building the technician came out I was outside in the cold with him while the manager was inside I had to call her so she can speak the technician instead of her coming out speaking to him The technician told her that the breaker needed to be replaced that he would be shutting off the power because he could also hear the box sizzling inside He stated she needed to call an electrician My family 2 children 6 years old 2 months old Slept in the dark with no heat that night she did not offer anything other than saying we would basically have to deal with it that night someone would change the breaker in the morning the electrician did not show up until 12pm1pm I had to leave so my children would not have to sit in the cold all morningnShe called about 1130pm saying the issue was fixed I went home the power shut off again about 7pm I believe I called her to make her aware she said she would call the electrician She called me back saying the electrician couldnt come out I continued to be understanding tried to help her by offering to call the electrician I use at my property to see if they could come out At first she said no I had to threaten to report her to the rural development for her to agree to have someone come out that night They guy tried to complete what her electrician did not he attempted what they called a bandaid fix it stayed on for about an hour before it shut off again The electrician stated the inside of the box needed new parts that he would have to order them Again she did not offer other housing my family spent another night in the dark coldnBy the 3rd day I told her we were not going to stay another night in our unit without electricity or heat She then gave an attitude said she would call her regional manager to approve a hotel We stayed in a hotel that night We went home the issue was still there This review is not done Contact me for moremore ...hide ...
