I have been living here for 4 years now and it has sadly declined as far as fair treatment and managementnWhen a woman named Candace was managing here things were running exceptional She genuinely cared about the people living here she wouldnt tolera I have been living here for 4 years now and it has sadly declined as far as fair treatment and managementnWhen a woman named Candace was managing here things were running exceptional She genuinely cared about the people living here she wouldnt tolerate illegal parking drinking publicly on the property speeding around here because people fly through here going 25mph when the posting is 5mph and theres children here some with special needs autistic etc with their parents and cars fly by in front of them Nothing gets donenCurrent management doesnt seem to care at all and the assistant manager can be rude at timesnAlso during this current manager and assistant manager they were trying to extort people for money who had two vehicles and threatened their apartment I believe the words one resident said that the assistant manager used were Whats more important rent or the other car This resident has been here as long as I have and that has never been an issue due to being one designated spot and other parking This threat happened to a few residents here that were willing to speak about it The management apparently found out that they could not extort people like thatnUnfortunately their planning isnt much better either on projects around the complex which results in confusion and frustrationnBottom line is this place use to be a phenomenal complex to reside in but unfortunately things have gone downhillnI know most of us are trying to find a place to live peacefully and without drama so unfortunately I wouldnt recommend this place anymore until management clearly changes the attitude dramaticallynMy only question is how the property management company conducts their screening process of potential managers and assistant managers more ... hide ...

We have been a vendor for this property for years The staff is very professional and polite We only have nice things to say about RPK management
