Wall painting is reasonably priced, but any contact leaves a permanent mark. Toilets cost 30$ from Home Depot. The plumbing is too loud. If you have a two-bedroom apartment, you will have to pay 50$ for an extra parking space. Additionally, a non-refundable fee of 75$ is required for a gate key; this is only for one apartment. Parking is limited. Neighbors often host noisy parties at the pool with blaring music. Worst of all, they discriminated against my disabled child by not providing an accessible parking spot. We paid 50$ for a space that was close but still not wheelchair-friendly for 20 months and Vista Park Apartments, based in San Francisco, refused to refund us or provide a credit. The manager denies any recollection of the repeated requests for a closer parking spot. This is not a suitable place to live if you rely on a wheelchair or a walker since the parking area is impossible to access from the outside part of the apartments. Even the inside part of the complex is not wheelchair-accessible except through one parking spot in the back. They are in violation of the rules, as they must have three handicap spaces after 51 parking spaces. This place is not recommended. Dog excrement is everywhere.
