When we initially moved in, the two blonde women in the office were very amiable and helpful. They understood our previous living circumstances and did whatever they could to get us in without delay. However, the current office staff is a dismal, unprofessional joke. We really liked our little "home" for myself, my husband, and two small kids. Now, I am desperate to relocate. I have had several encounters with the office "personnel" being downright impolite (not only to adults but also to kids), prejudiced, and totally unprofessional. I have talked to other residents who have had the same experience with them. In fact, I still haven't heard one positive thing about them. Despite my several complaints to corporate and those of other tenants, corporate doesn't appear to be concerned. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone, it is genuinely heartbreaking to see how far it has gone downhill in the few years I have been here. These apartments have such potential! Please don't squander your time, money, or efforts! To be candid, I hope that corporate starts to pay attention eventually, as I could see somebody bringing a huge lawsuit against them for the discrimination and unprofessional service you receive from the so-called "professionals" in the front office! Cars broken into and or stolen on the daily shootings murder drug sales rude incompetent office staff racist harassing lying tenants and no security whatsoever Even the police say to not move into here You deserve to feel and be safe dont move here
